Summary
Julian Vance corners his rival Marcus Thorne at a lavish gala, revealing that he has secretly bought out all of Marcus's debt and initiated a hostile takeover. Marcus is devastated. However, the victory is short-lived when Marcus's wife approaches. It is Elena, Julian's former fiancé who believes he died five years ago. As they are introduced, Elena is captivated by Julian's eyes and begins to suspect the impossible.
