Squall Studio Creator Program Terms

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply when you submit a drama to the Squall Studio Creator Program. They add to the Squall Studio Terms of Service, which still apply. Skyrocket, Inc. operates the program. Version 2026-10-15.

Who can take part

You need a Squall Studio account in good standing. The program is for independent creators; you don't need professional filmmaking experience.

What you can submit

Submit a project you made with Squall Studio, with one or more completed episodes. Together the episodes must meet the minimum length shown on the submission form.

The drama must be your original work, or you must have the rights to everything in it. It must meet basic storytelling and video quality standards and follow the acceptable use rules in our Terms of Service.

Each project can be submitted once. Don't submit a copy of a drama that was already submitted, or work that isn't yours.

Review

We review every submission. We may approve it, ask for changes, or reject it, and we tell you why on your Creator Program dashboard. After changes are requested, or after a rejection that allows it, you can resubmit.

We aim to review submissions within three business days. Actual review times may vary. Approval doesn't mean your drama will be published or featured.

Approval rewards

An approved submission earns Squall Studio generation credits, added to your account balance. Credits can only be used for generation in Squall Studio. They have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

Each project earns one approval reward. Approval rewards are limited each calendar month, in Pacific time. A submission approved after you reach the limit is still approved, but earns no approval reward.

We may change reward amounts and limits. A change applies to rewards issued after it.

Performance rewards

An approved submission may qualify for additional credits based on verified views of social media posts that feature it. The rules for your submission, including the eligible platforms, view milestones, verification requirements and reward period, appear on your dashboard after approval. Once rules are assigned to a submission, later changes to the rules don't apply to it.

We verify views ourselves. We may decline views we can't verify, and posts registered after the reward period ends don't count.

Fair play

We may decline a submission, withhold a reward or remove a creator from the program for duplicate submissions, misrepresentation, artificial views or other abuse of the program.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your drama, subject to the Squall Studio Terms of Service and any third-party rights. Taking part in the program does not transfer ownership to Squall Studio.

Promotional permission

Promotional permission is optional and separate from accepting these terms. You can give it on the submission form or later on your dashboard.

If you give it, you grant Skyrocket, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display and distribute the submitted drama, including excerpts and still images from it, to feature and promote the drama, the Creator Program and Squall Studio. The license covers squallstudio.com, including the upcoming drama gallery, and Squall Studio's official social media accounts.

We will credit you by the display name on your account, or another name you ask us to use, wherever the format allows a credit.

We may shorten the drama or use excerpts, crop or resize it for a platform's format, add captions, and add Squall Studio branding. We won't change what the story means, and we won't present it as anyone else's work.

Giving permission doesn't oblige us to publish or feature your drama. That stays our choice.

You can withdraw permission at any time on your Creator Program dashboard, or by writing to support@squallstudio.com. Once you withdraw, we stop new uses, and within 14 days we remove the drama from squallstudio.com and remove our own social media posts that feature it. We can't recall copies that other people have already shared.

Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms or end the program. A new version applies to submissions made after it is posted; each submission records the version you accepted. Credits already added to your balance stay there.
