Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Skyrocket, Inc., the company that operates Squall Studio. Please read them before creating an account or sending us a request.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Squall Studio, operated by Skyrocket, Inc.. By creating an account or submitting a request through this site, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Credits, billing and subscriptions

Generating scripts, images, audio and video consumes credits. Credit purchases and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges without refunding the current period.

Estimated costs shown before a generation are estimates. The credits actually consumed may differ, and are deducted when the work runs.

If something is charged in error, contact support@squallstudio.com and we will look at it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the stories, scripts, images, audio and video you bring to the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to store that content and pass it to the model providers so the product can generate what you asked for.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, including any footage you send for clipping.

Generated output

AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or fit for any particular purpose, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for complying with the rules of any platform you publish it on.

Video clipping service

The clipping service is arranged per campaign. Scope, deliverables, turnaround and price are agreed with you in writing before work starts; nothing on the clipping page is an offer or a guarantee of a particular outcome.

We make no promise about views, engagement, follower growth or revenue from clips. Where a campaign includes distribution, it is carried out in line with the rules of the platforms involved and with the access you give us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that sexualises minors, that harasses or defames a real person, or that impersonates someone in order to deceive. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Platform independence

Squall Studio is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, Twitch, or any other platform named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
