Credits and Billing

When you're signed in, your balance shows as Credits at the top of the home page. For the details, open the menu (☰) and choose Billing; the Usage credits page shows your Current balance.

The main generate buttons show their price beside them, as Est. cost:

• Generate Script on the home page;
• Generate in each scene's Video card. Clips are priced per second, by length and resolution;
• Generate Character Image in a character's window;
• Generate Music, shown as Est. music cost.

A scene's first clip can also make images and sound the scene still needs, charged separately; see What a clip costs. If your balance is too low for something, the app says Not enough credits and offers to top up.

Credits are set aside when a generation starts and charged when it succeeds. If it fails, everything set aside for it goes back to your balance. Use Contact Support on the failure message to tell us what went wrong.

The Assistant's messages first use your Free Assistant Credits; the billing page shows how much of them you've used. After that, each message is charged from your balance for the work it does. Sending one sets aside enough credits for the longest possible reply, and what it doesn't use goes back. Clips and images made from its cards cost the price on the card. 1. Open the menu (☰) and choose Billing.
2. Click Buy More Credits, enter an amount, and pay.

Your balance updates once the payment goes through.

Auto-reload buys more credits for you when your balance runs low, so a long session isn't interrupted.

1. Under Payment method, click Add card and save a card.
2. Turn on Enable auto-reload.
3. Set Reload when balance is below and the Reload amount.

Invoices, on the billing page, lists every credit purchase. Receipts open on Stripe.
